Shipping policy

We ship anywhere in the contiguous US (48 states), but we’ll definitely let our customers know if and when we expand our current shipping area. Orders usually ship within 1-4 days of being placed, but we aim to process them sooner.

We do not process orders on national holidays as our greenhouses are closed. Plants currently ship from our greenhouse in Florida or California for the best delivery times. Delivery may take between 2-4 business days depending on the destination. During periods of inclement weather, shipments may be delayed for the safety of your plant.

Shipping cost varies based on plant weight, starting at $7.50. Shipping fees are non-refundable after a package has been dispatched. During the winter weather below 45°F, we include a plant heat pack, valued at $5, to make sure your plants arrive in their best shape.
