Refund policy
We ensure all plants will arrive in healthy condition if ordered properly. Please note the following:
- Courier delays and lost in transit issues are not covered within our guarantee policy.
- All address changes for processed orders must be submitted within 24 hours.
- For plants that were damaged in shipment that don't fall within the criteria in the points above qualify for either a refund or replacement.
30-Day Guarantee on All Live Plants:
Due to the nature of plants being perishable we don't accept returns for live plant orders. Our team preps, prunes, & carefully packs every order—meaning lots of care goes into every step. But if your plant or planter comes damaged, send us a note as soon as possible along with pictures of the damage to support@repott.com and we’ll issue a refund or replacement.
Replacement Policy:
Please note if we send a replacement instead of a refund, we are not liable for the replacement arriving damaged. You will have to choose between an immediate refund or trying a replacement shipment.
Partial Refunds on Plants:
If you receive a plant that has slight cosmetic damage (a couple of yellowing leaves, one or two broken stems, etc.) but the plant is still able to thrive in its condition, we are able to issue a refund of up to 50% of the original price.
*Below is an example of a plant that would warrant a partial refund of 30%. After pruning the yellowing leaf the plant will continue to thrive.

Returns on Non Plant Items:
Please note if you request to return a physical item and the item is not damaged from shipping, we will have to deduct a $7 return and processing fee from the total order.
Types of Damage to Live Plants That Can Be Saved:
If your plant shows signs of slight damage or drooping upon arrival, it could be due to insufficient light and water during transit. Based on our experience, many plants can recover fully with regular watering and extra attention over a few days. Sending us a photo will help us provide personalized assistance in restoring your plant to health!
Why Does My Plant Not Look Like The Listing Photo?
It's important to recognize that each plant is unique. Variations in leaf abundance, bushiness, or height are natural due to individual growth patterns. If the plant you receive greatly deviates from the listing photo or doesn't meet your expectations, please email us at info@repott.com with a photo, and we'll gladly consider issuing a partial refund or providing a replacement, depending on the circumstances.
